Minibar Control System (MCS) is designed to utilize the latest technologies to ensure both ease of use in posting Minibar sales as well as advanced reporting and inventory control. MCS is interfaced directly with the hotel Property Management System and posts all charges in a real-time environment.

Sales are posted utilizing guest-room telephones to communicate directly to the MCS computer system – there are no handheld devices required to enter sales.

MCS is designed to simplify Minibar management – reports may be automated, inventory is traced automatically and there are no end-of-day or end-of-year procedures to contend with.

MCS also features voice mail, export capabilities and remote management report functions.
